Orders & Numbers
How do I tell you what number I want?
Once you’ve selected your balloon and added it to cart, add your number/s in the Order Notes field at checkout. For example: “Number 30” or “Numbers 2 and 1 for 21”. We’ll confirm your order before dispatching.
What’s the difference between single digit and double digit?
Single digit = 1 balloon (e.g. the number 5). Double digit = 2 balloons (e.g. 30, 21, 18). If you’re ordering a double digit number, select the double digit option and we’ll send you both balloons.
Can I order any number from 0–9 or 10–99?
Yes — any single digit (0–9) or double digit (10–99) is available. Just add your number in the Order Notes at checkout.
Inflation & Care
How do I inflate my balloon at home?
Foil balloons can be inflated with a standard hand pump, electric balloon inflator, or helium kit available from most party stores. Do not over-inflate — stop when the balloon feels firm but not tight. Foil balloons can also be deflated and reused.
How long do helium balloons last?
Float times depend on balloon size and environment:
- 32” foil number balloons: up to 1–2 weeks
- BOBO balloons: up to 2–3 weeks
- Standard latex balloons: 12–24 hours
Keep balloons away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp surfaces, and drafts to maximise float time.
Do air-filled balloons float?
No — air-filled balloons do not float. They’re perfect for balloon stands, displays, and backdrops but will need a weight, stand, or surface to rest on.
Delivery & Auckland Orders
Do you ship NZ wide?
Yes! All uninflated balloons ship anywhere in New Zealand via tracked courier. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
I’m in Auckland — can I get my balloon inflated?
Absolutely. Select an air or helium inflation option at checkout and add your preference (pickup or delivery) in the Order Notes. We’ll confirm the details with you once your order is placed. See our Delivery & Collection page for full details.
How far in advance should I order?
For ready-to-ship uninflated balloons, we dispatch within 1–2 business days — allow extra time for courier delivery to your region. For Auckland inflation orders, we recommend at least 48 hours notice. For fully custom arrangements, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks.
Custom Orders
Can you make something completely custom?
Yes — this is what we love most. We take fully bespoke luxury balloon commissions: specific colour palettes, custom foil lettering, large-scale event installations, styled arrangements, and more. Every detail is considered.

Minimum 2 weeks lead time required for all custom orders.
I can’t find the colour or style I’m after — what do I do?
