We deliver directly to your door, handled with care to ensure every balloon arrives picture perfect. If you've opted for air-filled balloons, we're happy to share tips on setup to create the illusion of floating — just ask!

Free on orders over $45 · $15 delivery fee on orders under $45
Available across the greater Auckland area. Your order will be hand delivered by us — no couriers, no strangers handling your balloons.
NZ Wide Shipping
$7 standard tracked courier
Available on all packaged, uninflated balloon products. Your balloons are carefully packaged and sent nationwide — ready for you to inflate and style at home.
Please note: helium-inflated balloons, bouquets, and bespoke orders are available for Auckland local delivery and collection only at this stage.

Prefer to collect in person? You're welcome to pick up from our Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa location. Collection details will be confirmed with you once your order is placed.
Good to Know
- Delivery is available Monday to Sunday. At this stage, deliveries are after 4pm — please order at least a day ahead to allow for scheduling.
- We'll confirm your delivery window via DM or email once your order is placed.

Inflation Options

| Air inflated | Auckland only. Pumped up and ready for pickup or local delivery. Air-filled balloons do not float — we can advise on display setup. |

Looking After Your Balloons
How long a helium balloon holds depends almost entirely on where it's kept. Bobo and foil balloons are the more durable of the range and hold well indoors, away from direct sunlight and heat. Latex is the most delicate and is best enjoyed on the day.
Heat is the enemy of all of them — never leave balloons in a closed car or in direct sunlight, even briefly. Keep them away from drafts and sharp surfaces too.
