We deliver directly to your door, handled with care to ensure every balloon arrives picture perfect. If you’ve opted for air-filled balloons, we’re happy to share tips on setup to create the illusion of floating — just ask!
Greater Auckland Delivery
$15 delivery fee · Minimum order $45 · Free on orders over $90
Available across the greater Auckland area. Your order will be hand delivered by us — no couriers, no strangers handling your balloons.
NZ Wide Shipping
$7 standard tracked courier
Available on all packaged, uninflated balloon products. Your balloons are carefully packaged and sent nationwide — ready for you to inflate and style at home.
Please note: helium-inflated balloons, bouquets, and bespoke orders are available for Auckland local delivery and collection only at this stage.
Collection — Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa

Prefer to collect in person? You’re welcome to pick up from our Stanmore Bay, Whangaparaoa location. Collection details will be confirmed with you once your order is placed.
Good to Know
- Delivery is available Monday to Sunday. At this stage, deliveries are after 4pm — please order at least a day ahead to allow for scheduling.
- We’ll confirm your delivery window via DM or email once your order is placed.

Inflation Options

| Uninflated | Ships NZ wide. Inflate at home with a hand pump, electric inflator, or helium hire kit. |
| Air inflated | Auckland only. Pumped up and ready for pickup or local delivery. Air-filled balloons do not float — we can advise on display setup. |
| Helium inflated | Auckland only. Helium-filled and ready to float. Pickup or local delivery by arrangement. |
Helium Float Times
Float times vary depending on balloon size and environment. As a general guide:
- 32" foil number balloons: up to 1–2 weeks
- BOBO balloons: up to 2–3 weeks
- Standard latex balloons: 12–24 hours
Keep balloons away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts to maximise float time.
