Free collection from our Stanmore Bay studio. We'll confirm a pickup window with you once your order is in. A quick tip: helium balloons travel best in a car with the back seats down and the air conditioning off — heat expands them.

What we deliver on the Coast

  • Styled balloon sets — from $99. Hand-styled, helium-filled and delivered ready to go.
  • Bobo balloons — from $89. Clear bobos hand-finished with satin bows, pearls, gold flake or custom lettering.
  • Helium balloon bouquets — from $45. Four or six balloons in your colours.
  • Number balloons, helium-filled — from $29. Milestone numbers for birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Number balloons, uninflated — from $9. These ship anywhere in New Zealand if you'd rather inflate at home.

How far ahead should I order?

Everything is made to order, so please allow at least 48 hours. For a fully styled setup, custom colours or anything with lettering, a week or more is much better — weekends fill up quickly through spring and summer, and around 21sts, first birthdays and Christmas.

Common questions

How long will helium balloons last?

Indoors and out of direct sunlight, foil number balloons and bobos typically hold their float for several days, often longer. Latex balloons are the most delicate and are best enjoyed on the day. Outdoors, in wind, heat or direct sun, expect noticeably less — so if your party is outside, we'd suggest delivery on the day itself.

Can you deliver on the morning of my party?

Usually, yes — and it's normally the best plan. We'll agree a delivery window with you before the day so someone can be there to take them inside.

I'm outside the Hibiscus Coast. Can I still order?

Yes. Helium-filled items are Auckland-only because they can't survive a courier, but our Ready to Ship range posts flat anywhere in New Zealand. You inflate at home — no helium needed for the styled foil numbers if you're happy to tape them up rather than float them.

Can I have custom colours, a name or a logo?

Yes. Custom lettering, colour matching, names, dates and business branding are all possible through Custom Studio. Tell us the occasion and we'll come back to you with options.

Do you do full event styling?

We do — garlands, arches, installations and styled corners for birthdays, engagements, baby showers, christenings and business openings across the Coast. Get in touch with your date and we'll talk it through.
